2023 FLOW Pangarap Scholarship

Each year, the Filipino Lawyers of Washington Foundation awards scholarships annually to law students in the Pacific Northwest of up to $10,000 total collectively.  The scholarships are intended to recognize law students who have demonstrated significant commitment to community service, particularly service to the Filipino/Filipino-American community. You need not be of Filipino ethnicity to apply.

Applications are due by 5:00 pm PST Friday, October 13, 2023.

Friday, October 13, 2023 Applications are due and MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. PST
Week of Oct. 15-20, 2023 Finalists contacted for telephone/video interviews
Monday, October 23, 2023 Scholarship recipients will be contacted by 6pm PST
Saturday, October 28, 2023  Scholarship Presentation at the 2023 Barrio Fiesta

Submissions must be by e-mail to FLOW Foundation Scholarship Committee Member Elaine Pascua at epascua@savers.com 
*Pangarap means to "dream and strive for a goal" in Tagalog, the language of the Philippines.
