Presenters, Gail Manuguid,  Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft, Jason Cruz, owner of Cruz Law, at John Laney, corporate Partner at Stoel Rives LLP will present on practical issues for those in a board or officer role at a nonprofit association, with specific emphasis for those who are serving, or considering service, on the board of directors of a minority bar association such as FLOW.

CLE Credits

CLE credit will be applied for only in WA. For all other jurisdictions, a Certificate of Attendance will be provided to attendees for submission in other jurisdictions. Acceptance of certificates is determined by the submitted jurisdiction. Please note the CLE accreditation can take 2-6 weeks but can be longer depending on the jurisdiction. To receive CLE credit, attendees must email cle@stoel.com within one week of the program taking place confirming their attendance and provide their jurisdictions and corresponding bar number(s).
