FLOW is working with the WSBA on this legal summit, which will occur on September 12, 2024.  Join a convening of leaders working towards a robust and thriving legal profession enriched by the diversity of our state. This event was organized by the Washington State Bar Association WSBA) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council's (DEI Council) Pathways Into The Profession Subcommittee, in partnership with affinity bar association leaders, law school and undergraduate institutions, public defense leaders, judges, and client community advocates. 

This event is intentionally located at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington, both because of its central location in the state and a need to de-silo efforts to improve diversity of our legal profession, enhance member wellness, ensure access to justice, and address legal deserts in rural areas.
